CANI is a 501(c3) private not-for-profit social service agency serving eleven counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells and Whitley. We provide a wide range of services to low-income families and engage in a variety of community development activities for the purpose of eliminating poverty in northeast Indiana.

CANI touches the lives of more than half of all low-income families in our community each year. Despite this impact, there is always more that we could do and more families we could reach if we had greater resources. In particular, resources that are unrestricted, which we can tailor to the specific needs of families. That is what makes CANI Golf a particularly important event for us. Since much of our funding is dedicated to specific needs, dollars raised through this event allow us to expand our services to fulfill other needs which further impact a family's path to self-sufficiency.
